STEP  1:

Approve Submitted Work from Subcontractors


             
  • User receives notification on homescreen that there is work from subcontractors to review
  • Clicks on notification
  • Looks at supporting documentation provided 
  • Compares progress of work with amount requested
  • Approves or declines sign off on milestone


STEP  2:
Upload Supporting Documents


       
  • User clicks on one of their active projects
  • Scrolls through the project milestones
  • Drills down into a checkpoint
  • Clicks on thumbnail of media that is required
  • Uploads a supporting photo or video


STEP  3:
Submit Uploaded Supporting  Documents


             


  • User expands bottom drawer
  • Uploads invoices
  • Verifies dollar amount requested
  • Submits draw request


Project Learnings and Pain Points


  • Ensure proper functionality of built elements through testing and QA

  • Take time to cultivate relationships with dev team to walk through designs

  • Have a holistic vision of how various users will engage with the product as well as one another through the product
